Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Customer Service Representative (5+ years experience required) to support direct client operations. This role involves handling escalations, complex inquiries, and high-priority communication while using advanced technological tools and AI assistance to improve efficiency and service outcomes.
This position is ideal for professionals who are highly computer-literate, comfortable adopting new technologies, and capable of operating independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle complex and escalated customer interactions with clarity and professionalismUtilize AI-driven tools, workflow automations, and CX systems for improved efficiencySupport high-volume direct client accounts with accuracy and consistencyDocument interactions in CRM and service platformsMentor junior team members as neededCollaborate with Operations, Recruiting, and Client Success teamsProvide insights to improve client processes and customer service workflows
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional customer service experience (phone required)Proven ability to handle escalations, technical issues, and complex communicationStrong computer skills and comfort using AI tools, CRMs, dashboards, and support systemsExcellent written and verbal communicationHigh accountability, independence, and problem-solving abilityStrong emotional intelligence and professionalismReliable home office setup + high-speed internet

Compensation
$15–$20/hr depending on client, experience, and performance
