We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Accountant to join our onsite team and contribute to our continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Global & BPO Operations
- Support multi-entity and multi-currency accounting activities
- Assist with client billing, revenue tracking, and cost allocation
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate financial data
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls
- Assist with audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting
Team & Process Support
- Collaborate with the team in a fast-paced environment
- Help improve accounting processes and documentation
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working onsite in Valencia, CA (This is not a remote position)
Preferred
- Experience in a BPO, shared services, or multi-entity environment
- CPA, CMA, or bookkeeping certification
- Experience with payroll and multi-state or international operations
