We're seeking a Licensed Pharmacist to join our dynamic mail-order specialty pharmacy team. In this role, you'll ensure safe and accurate medication dispensing, provide clinical guidance, and deliver exceptional patient education-all from the comfort of your home.
What You'll Do

Review and approve medication orders, ensuring compliance with FDA labeling and program guidelines.

Verify prescriptions for accuracy in medication, dosage, and patient details.

Handle inbound and outbound calls with healthcare providers and pharmacies.

Educate patients and families on medication usage, dosage, and potential side effects.

Monitor drug therapies and report adverse events or product complaints.

Stay current on pharmacy laws and complete continuing education to maintain licensure.

Supervise pharmacy technicians and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
What We're Looking For

Required:
-
B.S. Pharm degree (Pharm.D. preferred)

Current, valid Pharmacist license in good standing

1-2 years of experience in retail or specialty pharmacy

Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Preferred:

Experience in pharmacy benefits management or managed care

Knowledge of FDA regulations and pharmacology

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Savannah, GA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $65.00/hr.
