Maximus is currently looking for an Employment Specialist to join the Montana Employment and Training Project. This role collaborates with case managers, outreach liaisons, as well as participants on the program. The role also includes case management, job development, placement, and retention services. Our mission is to empower participants to succeed in the workforce by enhancing their skills, prioritizing employment opportunities, and fostering long-term job retention.
