PreFab Intern (Summer 2026): This is where you come in.
We’re looking for a PreFab Intern to join our Fabrication Shop team for the summer of 2026. In this hands-on role, you’ll gain real-world experience in mechanical prefabrication, manufacturing processes, and construction innovation. You’ll have the opportunity to work alongside skilled tradespeople, engineers, and project leaders, learning how mechanical systems come to life in a controlled fabrication environment. From interpreting technical drawings to supporting production workflows, this internship will provide valuable exposure to both the craft and the engineering sides of mechanical construction.
In return for your initiative and commitment, you’ll gain mentorship from industry experts, hands-on technical experience, and a strong foundation for a future career in design, fabrication, or project engineering.
