This position is 100% remote, however the employee must reside within our service area in Southwestern Iowa. Regular in-person travel is required to all 23 branch locations, as well as various community events throughout the region. Reliable transportation and the ability to travel frequently within Southwestern Iowa are essential. Position is eligible for mileage reimbursement
Proven 2 years of experience in community development, social work, or a related area is preferred, but not required.
