Elevation Autism Center is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to support hiring for our key clinical positions, including BCBAs, SLPs, and Clinical Directors. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong sourcing and relationship building skills within healthcare or specialized clinical fields. This role reports to the HR department lead, and is primarily remote, with occasional travel to conferences and Elevation clinics.

Your Day to Day
- Proactively source high-quality clinical talent, including (but not limited to) BCBAs, SLPs, and Clinical Directors
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing through offer and onboarding coordination
- Conduct initial phone screens and assess candidate fit
- Ensure a positive, values-aligned candidate experience at every stage
- Maintain accurate candidate data and pipelines within Workable ATS
- Collaborate with HR and site leadership to understand hiring needs
- Provide weekly reporting on pipeline progress and hiring activity
- Represent Elevation at 2-3 industry conferences or events annually
What We’re Looking For
- 3 – 5 years of recruiting experience (healthcare or specialty clinical strongly preferred)
- Experience hiring for senior or licensed roles (BCBA experience is a major plus)
- Demonstrated success in outbound sourcing
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
- Comfortable with hiring technology and tools (Workable and Paylocity experience is a plus)
