I am seeking a dedicated Co-Founder and Strategic Partner to join me in building a new, innovative HR consulting start-up designed to support early-stage companies, small businesses, and enterprise-level organizations with People & Culture, HR Operations, Compliance, Talent Management, and Workplace Strategy.
This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial professional who wants to be part of launching and scaling a company from the ground up. Please note, this is not a paid position at this time. This role is for someone who is financially secure, committed, and ready to invest their time and expertise into building an impactful organization.

Who We’re Looking For
We are searching for someone who brings leadership, strategic vision, and the ability to help secure funding. This is ideal for someone who thrives in start-up environments, enjoys collaborating at a high level, and wants to help shape the company’s direction from its earliest stages.
You may be a strong fit if you are:
- Entrepreneurial with the drive to build and grow a business
- Experienced in HR, operations, business development, or finance
- Skilled in funding, partnerships, grant acquisition, or investor relations
- Interested in helping build scalable service models and operational systems
- Looking for a long-term leadership and ownership opportunity
- Financially stable and not relying on this role for immediate income
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats and contributing at both the strategic and operational level
Role Responsibilities
As Co-Founder/Strategic Partner, you will:
- Collaborating on the company’s mission, vision, and market strategy
- Support the identification and securing of funding sources
- Assist in refining service offerings, pricing structures, and growth plans
- Help build internal processes, HR frameworks, and operational systems
- Participating in high-level decision-making across the business
- Represent the brand in markets, networking, and partnership opportunities
- Contribute to shaping a company culture rooted in professionalism, innovation, and integrity
