Customer Service Representative Bilingual (Spanish/English)
Pay: $18 hourly
Hours of Operations: We are open Monday – Sunday with multiple shifts available
Responsibilities:
Inbound calls only
Respond to and own consumer inquiries and issues
Provide education and status on previously submitted documents and requests
Meet the performance goals established for the position in the areas of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution and attendance
Requirements:
6 months of customer service experience
Call Center experience is a PLUS
High School diploma or GED
Must be bilingual in Spanish/English
