🧭 What You’ll Do
- Load and unload event materials such as tables, chairs, tents, AV gear
- Assist with assembling temporary structures, signage, and booths
- Transport supplies and equipment across the venue
- Follow setup diagrams and instructions from the site coordinator
- Ensure safety standards are followed at all times
- Tidy up and help break down the setup post-event
- Work collaboratively with team members and staff
- Support last-minute event changes or adjustments
- Lift equipment up to 50 lbs safely and responsibly
- Occasionally assist with customer-facing needs such as ushering
