Join a fast-paced crew helping bring exciting events to life in Las Vegas. We're looking for reliable, energetic individuals to assist with setting up stages, tents, tables, chairs, and signage for concerts, weddings, trade shows, sporting events, and more.
This opportunity is perfect if you’re looking to earn extra income on your own schedule. Choose from weekday or weekend shifts — mornings, afternoons, or evenings available!

🧭 What You’ll Do

Unload and load event equipment like chairs, tables, decor, and booths
Set up and break down tents, stages, and displays according to provided layouts
Assist with signage placement and general event configuration
Collaborate with coordinators to ensure events are set up on time and safely
Transport light materials on trolleys and dollies between trucks and venues
Clean and tidy up event areas before and after each job
Work on a team or independently depending on the assignment
Maintain tools and equipment provided on site
Follow safety protocols and lift properly when moving heavy objects

💰 Pay & Perks

Earn $20–$32/hr depending on the gig
Same-day pay available for qualifying shifts
Weekly direct deposit also offered

Must be at least 18 years old
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for long periods
Show up on time and follow instructions carefully
No degree required
No experience needed — we’ll teach you everything you need to know
Reliable transportation to various venues in the Las Vegas area
Positive attitude and a willingness to work as part of a team
Ability to work indoors and outdoors depending on the event
Comfortable working in changing conditions (sun, wind, etc.)
Must follow dress code: closed-toe shoes, black shirt and pants
