Assist with food preparation and plating under the supervision of the lead caterer
Set up banquet tables, food stations, drink dispensers, and utensils
Help transport food and supplies to event venues
Provide clear communication with event team and help maintain service flow
Break down and clean up catering stations, kitchen gear, and event spaces post-event
Handle dishes, trash, and equipment cleanup
Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols
