Assist with setup and breakdown of customer service areas.
Support lost and found operations and help resolve guest concerns.
Communicate effectively with event management and fellow team members.
Direct guests to proper seating and ensure ADA compliance.
Distribute event programs, merchandise, or promotional materials when needed.
Work both inside and outside, depending on the venue and assignment.
