🧭 What You’ll Do

Load and unload event equipment such as stages, tables, and lighting gear
Assemble structures, signage, and décor under supervision
Assist with wiring, securing elements, and basic audio/visual setup
Follow instructions from event managers to ensure safe and timely setup
Take down and pack event items after events conclude
Report damaged or missing items to supervisors
Help keep the workspace clean during and after setup
Work both indoor and outdoor venues, depending on the event
Stay on your feet and work independently or as part of a team
Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs with team assistance when needed

💰 Pay & Perks

Earn $19–$30/hr depending on experience and shift
Same-day pay available after completed shifts
Get paid weekly if you prefer
All equipment provided on-site

Reliable transportation to and from event sites around Las Vegas
