Seasonal Part-Time Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Work From Home) (Spanish/English)
Location: Remote (U.S. based)
Schedule: Part-Time, Seasonal 12/1/25-4/5/26
- Available shifts (All in Central Time Zone (CST):
- 6:00 AM-11:00 AM Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday
- 8:00 AM-1:00 PM Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
- 11:30 AM-4:30 PM Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday
Pay: Hourly range is $18.27-$24.00 per hour (made up of base + uncapped incentive potential)
Bonus: Paid at the end of the season-$500 with a 90% adherence to schedule

About the Role
We’re looking for friendly, reliable, and tech-savvy individuals to join our seasonal customer service team! As a Customer Operations Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers regarding their ignition interlock devices (IID)—providing support, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience during our busy season.
This is a work-from-home position ideal for someone who enjoys helping others and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
What You’ll Do
- Answer a high volume of incoming customer interactions with efficiency and professionalism
- Quickly identify, assess, and resolve customer needs in real-time to ensure a positive experience and satisfaction.
- Accurately document interactions and follow up as needed
- Process customer payments accurately and securely as needed.
- Meet performance goals for quality, accuracy, and efficiency
- Provide an exceptional customer experience every time
What We’re Looking For
- Prior customer service or call center experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with multiple systems and technology tools
- Dependable and able to commit to a part-time, seasonal schedule
- A quiet, distraction-free workspace with reliable internet access
- Bilingual in Spanish/English
Technology:
- Computer, monitors and peripherals provided by the company
- Must have high-speed internet and connect via ethernet cable and modem
