Shape the Future with Us – Corporate Development (M&A) Manager
At TELUS, our Corporate Development team drives the company’s strategic growth through acquisitions, investments, partnerships, and divestitures. As one of Canada’s most active in-house M&A teams, we partner directly with senior executives to identify, evaluate, and execute transactions that advance TELUS’ long-term strategy.

- Supporting end-to-end execution of acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic partnerships
- Conducting company and industry research to assess strategic fit
- Building and maintaining detailed financial models, including FCF, DCF, ROI, and scenario analyses
- Preparing valuation analyses using precedent transactions, public comps, and other methodologies
- Managing cross-functional due diligence processes in collaboration with internal and external teams
- Assisting in drafting executive-level presentations and investment memos
- Supporting legal documentation through input into agreement schedules and deal summaries
- Working alongside Directors and Senior Managers; may lead smaller projects independently
