🧭 What You’ll Do

Assist with food and drink setup at events (banquets, weddings, corporate functions)
Help with buffet lines, replenishing, and presentation
Clear dishes and clean tables during and after events
Maintain cleanliness and organization in food prep and service areas
Work with kitchen staff for behind-the-scenes support as needed
Follow health and safety protocols in line with food handling regulations
Stay attentive to guest needs and event coordinators' instructions
Support in loading/unloading equipment and supplies
Help organize trash and dispose of waste appropriately
Prep simple food items if required (cut fruit, plate pastries, etc.)

💰 Pay & Perks

Earn $18–$32/hr based on event type and experience
Same-day pay available in most cases
Work at unique venues across Nashville (hotels, mansions, outdoor spaces)
Keep 100% of your tips (where applicable)
Meals often included during longer shifts
Childcare reimbursements available through partner programs

🧰 Requirements

Must be 18+ years old
Reliable transportation to event venues in and around Nashville
Friendly attitude and willingness to be part of a team
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and be on your feet for several hours
Must have non-slip shoes or be willing to obtain them
Food Handler’s Certification is a plus (some events may require it)
No experience needed — we’ll train the right attitude
No degree required
