Job Title: Bilingual Inbound Support Coordinator
Location: Remote
Start Date: January 12
Schedule: Monday–Sunday, 8 AM–8 PM EST (Full-time, 40 hours per week within operating hours)
Overview
We’re looking for Inbound Support Coordinators to join our remote team during our busy season. Candidates must be fluent in either French, Tagalog, Vietnamese, or Spanish (only one language required).
In this role, you’ll provide excellent support to prospective members, helping them understand eligibility, coverage options, and available plans, including medical, dental, hospital, and Medicare services.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound inquiries regarding eligibility, coverage, and plan options.
- Deliver clear, accurate, and professional written and verbal communication.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall member experience.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support team goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in a healthcare-related field preferred.
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, or call center settings highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of benefits and coverage.
- Fluency in either French, Tagalog, Vietnamese, or Spanish (must be able to read, write, and speak fluently in at least one of these languages).
- Availability to work full-time, including weekends.
- Adaptable, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, temporary role.
Remote Work Requirements
- Reliable high-speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download).
- Private, designated workstation (minimum 2’x4’ space).
- Agreement to Remote Work Program guidelines.
Compensation & Benefits
- $25.00/hour, paid weekly on Fridays.
