Our client, a healthcare solutions provider, is seeking a Sr Remote CSR HI Residents only to join their team. As a Sr Remote CSR HI Residents only, you will be part of the Customer Service Department supporting Hawaii healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong desire to assist others, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Sr Remote CSR HI Residents only
Location: Honolulu, HI
Pay Range: $19.38
Shift: 7:30AM - 4:30PM HST, Monday through Friday
What's the Job?
- Respond effectively to all inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate information and assistance to healthcare providers.
- Support healthcare providers in enrolling into Hawaii's Medicaid system by processing applications and related transactions.
- Participate in comprehensive training and shadowing to develop proficiency in call handling and application processing.
- Investigate and resolve complex issues, escalating when necessary, to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of program policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
What's Needed?
- At least 6 months of call center experience required.
- Experience in healthcare application processing is preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required; relevant professional experience is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a supportive team environment.
