Position Summary
Ensure prompt and efficient service to Orion Lending’s internal staff as well as our approved broker clientele.
Responsibilities
• Accept rate locks from internal and external clients and confirm rate locks back to the client.
• Review and verify locks requests.
• Entering loan information required for locking, relocking, modifying, and extending mortgage commitments into Encompass.
• Reconciling daily locks.
• Resolving price discrepancies at the time of lock.
• Other duties may be assigned.

• Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Knowledge of Encompass preferred.
Physical and Work Conditions
Standard office environment, equipment, and tasks,including work at a computer terminal. This position requires partial sittingand walking throughout the day. Employees must be open to working overtime tocomplete assigned tasks.
