Position Overview:
We are seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid in-home role in Colorado. This position combines remote work flexibility with hands-on client interaction. You will develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans, supervise Behavior Technicians, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to maximize outcomes. This role is ideal for someone passionate about making a real difference while maintaining a flexible schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
- Conduct assessments and analyze data to track client progress
- Supervise, mentor, and support Behavior Technicians
- Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure cohesive care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment and client progress
- Stay current with ABA research and best practices to continually improve care
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
- Active BCBA certification required
- Experience developing and implementing ABA programs
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Experience supervising staff and working with diverse client populations
