Knowledge & Expertise
Industry Insight: Understand and align with the client's strategic business objectives.
Sector Knowledge: Demonstrate expertise in BPO and technical services within the target industry.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies for long-term growth.

Professional Development
Qualifications:
Experience: 5-10 years experience or vast experience with 5+ years in CX tech and BPO market fields
Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.
Tools: Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
Languages:
Swedish C1/Native Level
English B2/C1
