Position: Call Center Representative

Pay: $16/hr. Weekly Pay plus Benefits

Hours of operation: 7am-8pm CST MON-FRI (Must be available to work any 8-hour shift assigned between the hours of operation)

Equipment: Provided

Projected Start Date: November

Job Details:

Receive inbound calls, may require outbound calls depending on department.
Update patient data, ensuring accuracy.
Using computer skills for data entry.
Operating according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program.
Working with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient.

Must have 1 year or more of RECENT call center experience. (NO EXCEPTIONS)

Knowledge of medical terminology, HIPAA regulations, and patient privacy practices a PLUS but not required!
High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Private, quiet, and distraction-free workspace
Must be able to log in and work full scheduled shifts without interruptions
Basic technical troubleshooting skills for common remote work issues
High-Speed Internet with a wired connection to modem is mandatory.
(Mobile hot spots are not accepted)
Adhere to all company required KPI's
HS Diploma/Equivalent
