Position: Call Center Representative
Pay: $16/hr. Weekly Pay plus Benefits
Hours of operation: 7am-8pm CST MON-FRI (Must be available to work any 8-hour shift assigned between the hours of operation)
Equipment: Provided
Projected Start Date: November
Job Details:
- Receive inbound calls, may require outbound calls depending on department.
- Update patient data, ensuring accuracy.
- Using computer skills for data entry.
- Operating according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program.
- Working with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient.
Must have 1 year or more of RECENT call center experience. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
- Knowledge of medical terminology, HIPAA regulations, and patient privacy practices a PLUS but not required!
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Private, quiet, and distraction-free workspace
- Must be able to log in and work full scheduled shifts without interruptions
- Basic technical troubleshooting skills for common remote work issues
- High-Speed Internet with a wired connection to modem is mandatory.
- (Mobile hot spots are not accepted)
- Adhere to all company required KPI's
- HS Diploma/Equivalent
