Position: Remote Medical Customer Service Representative
Location: Florida residents only
Pay: $16/hour — Weekly pay + Benefits
Training: Paid
Equipment: Provided
Schedule: 8:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m. Eastern (must be able to work any 8-hour shift within this window)
What You’ll Do

Manage high-volume inbound calls; place outbound calls as needed based on department needs.

Provide accurate information to patients and/or healthcare providers.

Assist callers with program details and application status updates.

Follow a defined call script while delivering an effortless, high-quality customer experience.

Document interactions thoroughly and provide appropriate follow-up and next steps.

Multitask across multiple internal systems.

Adhere to company policies, procedures, and KPI expectations.
Requirements
Must have: 1+ year of recent call center experience (no exceptions).

Healthcare experience is a plus but not required.

Proven ability to multitask and use dual monitors.

Consistent performance against required KPIs.

Quiet, private workstation and high-speed internet with modem access (required).

Excellent verbal and written communication; strong active listening and problem-solving.

Basic computer proficiency (typing, data entry, system navigation).

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

High school diploma or equivalent.
