We’re hiring General Production Team Members to join our manufacturing operations in Pine Bluff, Arkansas.
This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in producing quality products, and want to grow within a team that values accountability and respect. Candidates hired into this role will be considered for a range of positions based on skills, interests, and production needs — including Assembly (Leafer), Coil Winding, Coil Repair, Welding, Insulation Cutting, Power Low Voltage, and Semi-Skilled roles.
You’ll work alongside experienced supervisors, learn new skills, and contribute directly to building products that keep the lights on across the country.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform various hands-on production duties including assembly, operating equipment, welding, or coil repair depending on assignment.
- Follow manufacturing instructions, blueprints, and diagrams to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Operate machinery safely and efficiently; perform basic maintenance and cleaning of work areas.
- Conduct visual and quality checks throughout production stages.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
- Follow all safety guidelines and PPE requirements to maintain a safe workplace.
- Support other departments as needed to ensure smooth workflow and teamwork.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required — training provided.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail, work ethic, and reliability.
- Willingness to learn, take direction, and work as part of a team.
- Must be able to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical exam.
- Open availability required — business hours and schedules may change based on production needs.
Shift Information
- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
- All new hires start on 2nd Shift unless discussed.
- Overtime may be required, including early start times or later end times.
Physical & Environmental Requirements
- Lifting: Able to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
- Environment: Work in a facility with loud noise, extreme temperatures, and environmental stressors.
- Physical Activities: Sit, stand, walk, bend, climb, crouch, reach, and grasp as needed.
- PPE: Wear required PPE, including eye and hearing protection, gloves, and safety toe footwear.
- Dexterity and Vision: Manual dexterity and specific vision abilities (close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment).
- Stamina: Stand for long shifts.
- Skills: Effective communication, basic math skills, and teamwork.
- Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and address hazards.
