Our client is a data logistics company for healthcare whose products and solutions enable organizations to move and connect data securely. The company has a network of thousands of hospitals and clinics among the largest health systems.
Currently looking for a Vendor Outreach Agent to work from home. Candidates must have data-driven mindset and strong analytical abilities.

Pay: $18.00/hour

Shift Hours: M-F 5:30AM-2:00PM PST / 7:30am -4pm CST / 8:30am-5pm EST
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed reports, audits, and summaries for stakeholders, submitting accurate inventory counts and projections to vendors on a scheduled basis.
- Maintain databases, track key metrics, and identify trends to support decision-making.
- Monitor project progress and update status reports and forecast to re?ect changes
- Track and manage vendor inventory, regularly updating and reconciling inventory while identifying potential risks
- Identify and provide feedback on process improvements to enhance inventory management and vendor collaboration.
- Resolve vendor issues related to inventory, orders, and deliveries in a timely manner.
- High school diploma or GED is required
- 12 months of Health information handler experience is preferred
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Telephone skills including the ability to speak clearly with a professional tone
- Intermediate computer skills including Windows based applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
- Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks independently
- Ability to manage large inventory volumes.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical abilities.
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
