Our client is seeking a rep who is Sales driven. You must be persuasive, confident, and passionate about making a difference! This is a Remote fundraising team environment that helps support causes that matter.
- Pay: $13/hr Location: Remote (EST Schedule)
- Training: 9am–1pm EST for 1 week (Training covers opening, pitch, rebuttals, and closings)
- Schedule: (Mon/Fri) 8am–1pm, 5pm–9pm, (Tue–Thu) 5pm–10pm, (Sat) 9am–2pm or 2pm–7pm (Must work 1 PM shift and 1 Saturday shift weekly
Duties:
- Conduct outbound fundraising calls using a proven script
- Engage patriotic Americans and inspire donations
- Represent meaningful causes with professionalism
Tech Requirement Must Haves:
- PC with Windows 10 or higher
- 8GB RAM (Steps to check: Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc → Click Performance tab → View Memory)
- Stable internet connection (No T-Mobile hotspots)
- USB headset with mute function
Metrics:
- Collect: $85/hr
- Auto Dialer: 70-90 calls/hr
Requirements:
- 1 year of sales experience (Required)
- Clear and commanding voice (Required)
- Basic tech skills and comfort working remotely (Required)
- Fundraising or commission-based sales background (Preferred)
