Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Order Entry Specialist to join a Company we are working with in Wayne, PA. This hybrid role requires strong experience with Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central, and offers the opportunity to transition into a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and process customer orders using internal systems and Amazon platforms
- Manage order flow from entry to fulfillment, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Monitor and resolve order discrepancies, backorders, and shipping issues
- Communicate with internal departments (Sales, Logistics, Customer Service) to ensure order accuracy
- Maintain and update product listings, pricing, and inventory in Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central
- Generate reports and track KPIs related to order processing and fulfillment
- Support invoicing and documentation for order transactions
- Assist with onboarding new products and vendors as needed
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in order entry, e-commerce operations, or related field
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central is a must
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and order management systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work onsite in Wayne, PA three days per week

Pay Details:$27.00 to $33.00 per hour
