RemX has partnered with a well-established financial institution in Basking Ridge, NJ, to hire a Remote Marketing Cloud Administrator who brings both technical know-how and creative problem-solving skills. This hybrid, contract-to-hire position offers the chance to make a lasting impact on a growing marketing technology team.
Type: Contract-to-Hire
Pay: $44–$49/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Remote, prefer candidates who live in Eastern or Central time zones
Responsibilities:
- Administer and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including user roles, permissions, and integrations.
- Configure and manage Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Audience Builder for high-impact campaigns.
- Build and maintain data extensions, lists, and segmentations to support targeted messaging.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute personalized email campaigns and multi-channel customer journeys.
- Monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot issues, and deliver actionable reporting and analytics.
- Work cross-functionally with IT, CRM, and marketing teams to ensure data integrity and smooth system integrations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Proven experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or a comparable automation platform).
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, personalization, and automation workflows.
- Familiarity with SQL, AMPscript, and managing Marketing Cloud data.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple priorities.
Nice to Have
- Salesforce certifications: Email Specialist, Administrator, or Consultant.
- Experience with APIs, system integrations, or Sales/Service Cloud.
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for building and refining email templates and landing pages.
