Are you a strategic storyteller who thrives on crafting compelling proposals and customer-facing content? We’re looking for a Proposal & Content Strategy Specialist to help shape and elevate our logistics solutions across North America. This is a remote role focused on pursuit execution—not operations or warehouse management.
?? What You’ll Do
- Develop persuasive proposals, presentations, and marketing materials tailored to decision-makers
- Lead end-to-end pursuit efforts—from planning and stakeholder coordination to final deliverables
- Shape RFP responses with strong value propositions, service narratives, and win themes
- Collaborate with internal SMEs and leverage customer insights to create standout content
- Maintain and evolve our content library and growth enablement materials
- Provide strategic guidance throughout the pursuit lifecycle, briefing leadership and driving alignment
- Ensure all deliverables meet customer requirements while telling a compelling story
- Support pursuit-related initiatives and best practices across the team
?? What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in proposal writing or pursuit management (Contract Logistics experience a plus)
- Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities
- Experience with Loopio, Seismic, and SharePoint preferred
- Detail-oriented, curious, and quick to learn
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with minimal oversight
- Prior exposure to logistics, distribution, or transportation operations is highly valued
