We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support & Title Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. If you have a passion for technology and helping customers, driving efficiency, and having a tangible impact on customer satisfaction, this is the role for you!
Responsibilities
Customer Support & System Management:
- Provide outstanding customer service to resolve inquiries and concerns.
- Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.
- Deliver system training to customers and team members.
- Research vehicle records efficiently and accurately.
- Obtain technical information by working with different state agencies.
- Monitor and report system issues, identifying areas for enhancements and escalating unresolved issues to appropriate teams.
Title Fulfillment & Operations:
- Receive and verify documents in our Title Fulfillment Center.
- Accurately identify items on manifests and prepare order shipments.
- Inspect shipments for accuracy as part of quality control.
- Confirm orders arrive at their intended destinations to ensure client satisfaction.
Technical Support Internal:
- Configure and set up internal devices to meet operational requirements.
- Manage phone system updates to maintain seamless communication.
- Collaborate with team members and interested stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent education required; college degree preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in technical and customer service roles, supply chain or warehouse experience, or equivalent skills.
- A collaborative team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Strong multitasking abilities and excellent organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- This is not a remote position - work location is in Santa Rosa, CA. Relocation package is available for a qualified candidate.
- Prior experience in the motor vehicle industry is a plus.
