Summary of Position
We are looking for a customer service-centric individual focused on supporting internal and external customer experiences through seamless engagement with an asset protection/loss prevention focus. The Service Specialist will drive SLA whilst delivering on Telaid’s promise of delivering on time, on budget, with no surprises by completing assignments in a timely and detail-oriented manner. The ideal candidate for this role will take ownership of positioning our team to react effectively and efficiently.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Enter all received work requests to the appropriate program, within 30 minutes of receipt.
- Review technicians close out notes/surveys to determine if scope is complete or additional, higher-level review is required
- Select the correct scope template & push the initial work order to dispatch
- Review triage findings & update scope to include findings
- Create and monitor delivery of material and lift requests.
- Monitor queues to ensure preliminary actions are completed within the expected timeframe.
- Support Sr Service Specialists & Service Managers in proactive communication prep and data entry.
- Other work-related duties as assigned by management.

Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Project coordinator or operations coordinator experience preferred.
