In this role, you will guide new and existing patients through a smooth enrollment process into our Care Management programs. Want to break into healthcare? We’ll train you!
Responsibilities:
- Conduct high volume outbound calls to existing & new patients
- Educate and enroll patients into Care Management programs
- Guide patients through smooth onboarding process
- Accurately manage documentation
- Proven adaptability in a high-volume space, ability to meet deadlines, and metrics
Qualifications:
- Nice to have backgrounds: Healthcare admin, healthcare call center, customer service, or sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Administrative experience in healthcare preferred, but not required.
