As a Retention Agent, you’ll be the trusted voice patients hear when they’re unsure about continuing. Your mission? Listen with empathy, solve problems fast, and show the life-changing value we provide. Every patient you keep on track directly improves their health — and boosts your earnings.
What You’ll Do
- Engage & Influence: Handle inbound and outbound calls with patients who are considering canceling or dissatisfied, turning hesitation into confidence.
- Solve & Support: Listen actively, uncover true concerns, and provide personalized, empathetic solutions.
- Promote Value: Clearly communicate the health benefits and impact of Nsight’s services to drive loyalty.
- Document with Precision: Log all interactions, insights, and resolutions in our CRM.
- Drive Results: Meet or exceed retention metrics — every save is a win for the patient and your bonus.
- Share Feedback: Identify trends to improve overall service quality and retention strategy.
What You Bring
- Proven People Skills: Natural communicator with warmth, confidence, and persuasive storytelling ability.
- Experience in Retention, Sales, or Customer Care: Call center or phone-based service experience preferred.
- Resilience Under Pressure: Calm and professional, even in tough conversations.
- Problem Solver & Negotiator: Skilled at turning “no” into “yes” through empathy and strategy.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools and call systems.
High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional education in communication, business, or related fields is a plus.
