Position Overview

Location: Utah residents

Pay: $17/hr + weekly pay & benefits

Schedule: Monday–Friday, any 8-hour shift between 8 AM–10 PM EST

Start Date: Mid October 2025

Primary Responsibilities

Handle high-volume inbound calls; occasional outbound follow-ups

Assist patients and providers with prescription benefits and inquiries

Verify insurance, billing, and medical information accurately

Coordinate with carriers to confirm medication coverage

Record all interactions and next steps in internal systems

Deliver empathetic, professional service with attention to detail

Adhere to HIPAA and federal health care program policies
What You Bring
-
Minimum 1 year of recent call center / customer service experience
-
Understanding of medical terminology or benefits is a plus

Ability to work against established KPIs and performance metrics

Quiet home office with high-speed wired internet (no hotspots)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable multitasking across multiple software systems

High school diploma or equivalent
