Our Client in Plymouth, MI is seeking Bilingual Patient Call Center Reps to provide exceptional service to patients regarding prescription orders. This role supports patients with inquiries about refills, shipment status, billing, demographics, and payments while ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities
- Answer/respond to calls and emails; route as appropriate.
- Resolve patient, provider, and client pharmacy issues with professionalism.
- Process prescription orders, insurance, and payment details accurately.
- Document all interactions in accordance with SOPs.
- Meet productivity and quality goals while maintaining excellent service.
- Protect patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA requirements.
What we are looking for:
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- Customer service or call center experience required
- Healthcare or pharmacy background preferred
- Strong communication & computer skills

What to expect
Training & Schedule
- Training: 3 weeks in-person (Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM) at Plymouth office
- Post-Training Schedule:
- Flexible shifts between 8:00 AM–8:00 PM (Mon–Fri) and 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (Sat), Saturdays are remote (Candidates must be flexible)
- Final schedule confirmed on Day 1
- Work Setup: Hybrid/remote status determined on Day 1
- Dress Code: Business casual
