We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Analyst with hands-on experience to support, maintain, and improve our IT infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, adapts quickly, and enjoys wearing many hats across systems, networks, cloud, and user support. You will serve as a key resource for keeping our technology environment secure, reliable, and efficient.
Responsibilities
- Provide end-user support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Administer, monitor, and maintain servers, networks, and cloud platforms (Windows, MacOS, Google Workspace, etc.).
- Manage Active Directory, group policies, email systems, and identity management solutions.
- Oversee backups, disaster recovery, and system patching to ensure data integrity and uptime.
- Support IT security initiatives, including endpoint protection, access controls, and vulnerability management.
- Assist with hardware/software procurement, installation, and lifecycle management.
- Create and maintain documentation for systems, processes, and procedures.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to ensure smooth delivery of IT services.

- 1–5 years of experience as a Systems Administrator, IT Generalist, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of networking (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, DNS, DHCP).
- Proficiency with Windows and/or Linux server administration.
- Working knowledge of backup and disaster recovery best practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, or similar).
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities across multiple IT domains.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
- Scripting or automation experience (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
- Experience with MDM solutions (Intune, JAMF, etc.).
- Exposure to DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, or containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA Network+/Security+, MCSA, AWS/Azure Associate, etc.).
Position is on site. No remote work available
