Join a team innovating the way financial leadership is provided to small and medium-sized businesses.
At The Herring Group, we’re not just growing, we’re on a mission to improve the profitability of many more companies and the lives of their owners and employees.
The industry we serve averages a 6% operating profit margin. We believe they deserve better. Our goal is to help small and medium-sized businesses, between $3M-$100M in revenue, reach 10%+ margins. Strong financial leadership makes that possible.
Using our proprietary process, you will lead in pricing, operational reporting, incentive plans, and business strategy. We measure our success by the increase in our clients’ operating profit margin.
If you are a strategic thinker who wants to drive real change in the companies and the lives of the people we serve, we want to talk to you.
