Are you a strategic talent hunter with a passion for connecting exceptional people to mission-driven work? We’re looking for a Sourcer who thrives on proactively identifying and engaging top-tier fixed wing medevac pilot talent to support our critical pre-hospital healthcare operations.
In this role, you’ll be a key player in building and maintaining a robust pipeline of highly skilled pilots who deliver life-saving services, including emergency response and patient relocation. Your sourcing expertise will directly impact our ability to provide rapid, reliable, and compassionate care in high-stakes environments.
Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with recruiters to understand workforce needs and develop sourcing strategies aligned with our operational goals.
- Use advanced sourcing techniques to identify, engage, and nurture relationships with qualified pilot candidates across multiple channels.
- Build and maintain talent pools for current and future hiring needs, with a focus on quality.
- Act as a brand ambassador, effectively communicating our mission and values to prospective candidates.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and market intelligence for data driven sourcing strategies and talent engagement.
- Source and promote job opportunities through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach to passive candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and ATS systems. Active LinkedIn presence is required.
- Travel to relevant recruiting events, including, but not limited to schools & industry-related job fairs.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sourcing role; prior experience sourcing within the aviation industry is strongly preferred.
- Proven experience in sourcing for niche or hard-to-fill roles, ideally in aviation or emergency services.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and thoroughness in all aspects of candidate sourcing, tracking, and communication.
- Strong commitment to timely and transparent communication, with an expectation to proactively share candidate updates and details.
- Strong research and outreach skills, with a track record of converting passive candidates into engaged prospects.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a mission-driven environment.
- Passion for connecting people to purpose and making a tangible impact through talent acquisition.
- Familiarity with recruitment metrics and data analysis.
