Job Description
Role Summary:
We are seeking a BPM Service Solution Consultant & Architect to join our BFS team. This role is ideal for professionals who have hands-on experience in designing and delivering process solutions for clients in Retail Banking, Card Operations, and Payment Operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with client stakeholders and internal teams to define, design, and develop compelling BPM solutions that drive operational efficiency, digital transformation, and business value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design & Architecture-
- Develop end-to-end BPM solutions aligned to client objectives in Retail Banking, Card Services, and Payment Operations.
- Collaborate with technology, operations, and transformation teams to design process flows, SLAs, controls, and delivery models.
- Create operating models including onshore/offshore, hybrid, and digital-first delivery strategies.
- Presales Leadership & Strategic Solutioning-
- Lead and mentor pre-sales teams in designing WNS solutions for both active RFX responses and proactive client pursuits.
- Develop compelling WIN themes and unique differentiators that highlight WNS's value proposition and competitive advantage.
- Form and coordinate agile solution response teams for RFI/RFP submissions, ensuring high-quality, timely, and client-aligned deliverables.
- Integrate WNS’s full suite of capabilities—including operations, digital, and analytics—into cohesive solutions aligned with client business objectives.
- Drive end-to-end transformative solutioning focused on delivering differentiated and measurable client outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure solution feasibility, scalability, and alignment with delivery excellence.
- Domain Expertise-
- Apply deep functional knowledge of retail banking operations such as account servicing, KYC/AML, customer onboarding, and lending support.
- Leverage strong understanding of card issuance, card servicing, chargebacks, and dispute management.
- Bring insights on domestic and cross-border payment operations including wire transfers, ACH, SWIFT, and regulatory requirements.
- Market Development & Capability Building-
- Identify transformation opportunities across client ecosystems and translate them into structured capability development use cases.
- Design and implement go-to-market (GTM) strategies in alignment with business growth plans and emerging market needs.
- Work alongside marketing teams to design targeted campaigns, define priority segments, and recommend digital channel enhancements, including website optimization.
- Support preparation and submission of analyst surveys, industry RFIs, and sector benchmarks, showcasing WNS’s evolving capabilities.
- Present key analyst insights and competitive positioning updates to internal and client stakeholders.
- Partner with internal enablement, technology, and delivery teams to institutionalize best practices and build knowledge repositories for continuous improvement.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Technology, or related field.
- Post Graduate Diploma or MBA preferred.
- 6–10 years of experience in BPM/ITO solutioning roles with a strong focus on BFS processes.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing solutions for Retail Banking, Cards, and Payments.
- Solid understanding of global banking regulations and compliance frameworks (e.g., PCI DSS, KYC/AML, PSD2).
- Strong analytical, documentation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in process design tools (e.g., Visio, ARIS) and working knowledge of digital tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills;
- Experience in supporting sales/pre-sales cycles preferred.
