Talent Sourcer | Outpatient Therapy | Full-time | Remote

We are expanding our recruiting team and seeking a Recruiting Sourcer who has experience sourcing Physical Therapists (PTs), PTAs, OTs, COTAs, and SLPs, preferably with an outpatient focus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively source and identify top therapy talent (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, SLP) with an emphasis on outpatient therapy.
- Conduct research and use Boolean search techniques across platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Workable ATS, and other sourcing tools.
- Build and maintain diverse candidate pipelines through creative outreach and engagement.
- Screen resumes and profiles to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Engage passive candidates and represent H2 Health’s culture and mission in all communications.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align sourcing strategies with current and future hiring needs.
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in Workable and ensure compliance with recruiting processes.
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of sourcing or recruiting experience, with direct experience sourcing healthcare professionals; therapy (PT, OT, SLP) preferred.
- Proven ability to build pipelines and connect with passive candidates.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing platforms including LinkedIn, Indeed, Workable ATS, and other resume databases.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
