Clay Expert / GTM Specialist
We are a US-based sales & marketing firm with a focus on everything we can give our clients.
Location: Remote (US overlap preferred)
Role summary
Build and own Clay automations and turn them into repeatable GTM playbooks that generate and qualify pipeline.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain Clay flows for enrichment, dedupe, scoring, and CRM syncs.
- Integrate Clay with HubSpot/Salesforce/Pipedrive, spreadsheets, and outreach tools.
- Create reusable templates, docs, and runbooks.
- Run GTM experiments (outbound sequences, ABM plays), measure outcomes, and iterate.
- Train teammates and troubleshoot data quality issues.
Must-have
- 1–3+ years with Clay or similar no-code/data automation tools.
- Practical GTM experience with outbound playbooks and CRM integrations.
- Strong documentation and operator mindset.
Nice-to-have
- Zapier/Make or API experience, basic SQL or scripting, and familiarity with Apollo/ZoomInfo/Sales Navigator.
- Experience in go-to-market strategy development and execution.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and make strategic recommendations.
- Ability to work collaboratively across different teams and departments.
