As a customer advisor at our Customer Engagement Center, you will have daily (Dutch) conversations with private customers who have questions about VodafoneZiggo's services and products. Your goal? Having a good conversation, thinking along with the customer and convincing them with a suitable offer.
Customers call themselves. In some cases, it will be the sale of a new product, in some cases a more advantageous or suitable contract. You may also be in contact with customers who have the intention to cancel their services. By actively listening, you look for commercial opportunities; a new product, a cheaper package or a better solution.
You are:
- Not afraid to start the conversation and ask open questions;
- Empathetic with an eye for sales opportunities;
- Handy with computers and you can work smoothly with multiple screens and systems.

What do we offer:
- A gross salary of € 1900 per month based on a full-time working week (40 hours);
- Part-time work is possible from 16 hours per week;

What do we ask;
- You live in Spain;
- You are available at least 2 evenings a week;
- Fluent Dutch is a must;
- A stable internet connection with ethernet cable;
