This position is fully remote and is expected to work 12:00AM - 8:30AM EST Thursday - Monday. The position location preference is West Chester, PA or Louisville, KY vicinities.
CTDI is in need of a seasoned Customer Service Coordinator to work on one of our high-visibility programs that supports our customer-facing website.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with all customer-related business activity.
- Process customer orders, including assisting customers with system challenges.
- Administer customer contact through to completion using predefined scripts.
- Submit support tickets and follow – up on customer issues.
- Interface with corporate and operations team.
- Maintain automated “Help Desk” customer services database.
- Interface with customers through various mediums. including: Live Chat and e-mail.
Required Skills
- Excellent customer relations and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to understand and clearly express thoughts.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work under pressure and independently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
Experience
- Experience with basic PC software programs including MS office, excel, word, power point, or related programs.
- 2+ years customer service or related experience.
- Experience in a call-center type environment preferred.
