A company is looking for an IT Customer Support and Data Entry Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Route calls to appropriate IT representatives for troubleshooting issues
- Serve as a liaison between business levels and application support, facilitating ticket resolution
- Maintain the Partner Database by adding new clients and managing duplicates
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT or related field is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service or data entry preferred but not required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic understanding of IT systems and software troubleshooting
- Experience in the Title Insurance industry is preferred but not required
