Athletes Unlimited is looking for a Manager, People & Culture to support our growing team with hiring, onboarding, culture development, and administrative tasks. This position is full-time, remote and reports to the Vice President, People & Culture.
Responsibilities
- Play a key role in recruiting by helping craft compelling job descriptions, posting opportunities, coordinating interviews, and connecting with top candidates
- Serve as an ambassador for Athletes Unlimited, ensuring every candidate enjoys a smooth and positive hiring experience
- Partner with hiring managers and the Vice President to align on hiring needs and organizational growth
- Welcome new employees by coordinating onboarding activities and ensuring a seamless start to their journey
- Foster a positive employee experience by planning and supporting engaging in-person and virtual events
- Manage the 15five platform by administering surveys, maintaining employee profiles, and supporting annual performance reviews
- Support contract and compliance processes by drafting, tracking, and ensuring accuracy across agreements
- Collaborate with the Vice President on key departmental projects that drive organizational success
- 3-5 years of professional experience, with a preference for prior work in administration or human resources
- Proficiency in Google Suite, including past work in Sheets (or Excel)
- Proven ability to utilize discretion and best judgment when handling confidential information
- Ability to prioritize tasks and effectively multitask as needed
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
- Willingness to travel to season locations as needed (approx. five times a year)
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
This role is full-time, remote and is compensated at a range of $54,000- $65,000 annually. While this is the intended range, the actual compensation may vary based on several factors including but not limited to qualifications, skills, and geographic location of the position. We anticipate the highest end of the range will be reserved for those who exceed the hiring committee’s expectations on all measures of the evaluation process.
