Secret Level is seeking a sharp eyed, culture savvy Artist Resource Manager to join our growing, creative team. This is a hybrid role focused on sourcing the best generative artists and managing their journey from portfolio to project.
What You’ll Do
- Discover and vet AI artists with exceptional taste and technical range.
- Maintain and grow our curated talent pool.
- Manage artist outreach and initial onboarding.
- Partner with producers and creative directors to align talent with the right roles.
- Keep meticulous track of staffing on all internal work and able to move around personnel as needed for new and ongoing projects.
- Track talent availability and proactively surface artist options to meet project needs.
- Maintain relationships with past collaborators, keeping our bench strong and responsive.
What We’re Looking For
- Deep familiarity with generative art communities and platforms.
- A sharp aesthetic eye you’re able to identify not just what looks good, but who can execute to Secret Level standards.
- Experience recruiting, managing, or collaborating with creative freelancers.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills you’re proactive, responsive, and keep artists in the loop.
- Comfort in fast-moving environments.
- Bonus: production experience, or understanding of AI pipelines in entertainment.
