This program is designed for hungry, ambitious individuals who want to accelerate their skills, confidence, and earnings in the insurance field.

- Unlicensed individuals are welcome — mentorship includes guidance to get licensed, and we may be able to have your full course and licensing fees waived

Criminal History & Licensing Disclosure:
- Certain criminal convictions may affect eligibility for an insurance license
- Applicants with a criminal history should review state insurance licensing requirements and may still be eligible for mentorship and training

- Proven working experience as an Insurance Agent or relevant experience
- Familiarity with all types of insurance plans (automobile, fire, life, property, medical etc)
- Basic computer knowledge and statistical analysis
- Proven ability to work with goals
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, influence and sell effectively
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships
- High school or BS degree
