About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Remote Timekeeping Assistant to help our team track employee hours, schedules, and attendance records. Key Responsibilities
- Record and update employee work hours in the company’s timekeeping system.
- Review timesheets for accuracy and completeness.

- Assist the payroll team by preparing timekeeping reports.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee records at all times.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred.
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Proficiency in using timekeeping and payroll software.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Understanding of labor laws and regulations related to timekeeping.
