Position: Pharmaceutical Customer Support Representative (Remote)
Pay: $16/hr. | Weekly Pay + Benefits
Hours of Operation: 7am–8pm CST, Mon–Fri (must be available for any 8-hour shift assigned within these hours)
Equipment: Provided and shipped to you
Projected Start Date: September
Job Responsibilities

Manage inbound calls and complete outbound follow-ups when necessary

Assist patients and providers with prior authorizations, insurance verification, and medication access

Document all interactions with accuracy and attention to detail

Follow HIPAA guidelines and Federal Health Care Program compliance standards at all times
Must-Haves (No Exceptions)

At least 1 full year of recent, traditional call center experience

Must reside in Oklahoma (Oklahoma City or surrounding areas preferred)

High-speed internet with a wired connection (no mobile hot-spots)

Ability to work full scheduled shifts in a private, quiet, distraction-free workspace
